  Vanadium oxides have recently attracted great attention due to their simple chemical compositions,unique electrical and optical properties,and many important applications in microelectronics,infrared optical devices,and energy harvest systems,etc.However,because of the multiple chemical valences of vanadium,it is still a challenge to fabricate vanadium oxide thin films with well controlled phases and desired transport properties,especially by a cost effective and manufacturable technique.
