X-ray diffraction (XRD) is one of the most important non-destructive tools to analyze all kinds of matter-ranging from fluids, to powders and crystals. From research to production and engineering, XRD is an indispensable method for materials characterization and quality control.Catalysts are substances that can cause a change in the rate of a chemical reaction without itself being consumed in the reaction; the changing of the reaction rate by use of a catalyst is called catalysis[1].This paper is concerned with the application of the X-ray diffractometer to catalytic analysis.Details of our new technique will be presented.
