　　Although microRNAs(miRNAs)have been validated to play prominent roles in the occurrence and development of human bladder cancer(BC),alterations and function of many miRNAs in bladder cancer invasion are not explored yet at present.MiR-146b was previously reported to act as a tumor suppressor or oncomiRNA in various types of cancer.However,its accurate expression,function,and mechanism in BC remain unclear.

转录因子FOXO4与大鼠软骨细胞退变的相关性研究
目的：研究转录因子FOXO4与大鼠软骨细胞退变的相关性。方法：取4周和16周SD大鼠的软骨，分离软骨细胞；使用甲苯胺蓝染色、阿利新蓝染色及Ⅱ型胶原蛋白免疫细胞化学染色等方法进行软骨细胞鉴定；以1L-1β对大鼠软骨细胞进行诱导退变处理；镜下观察和采用β-半乳糖苷酶染色法进行衰老检测；使用PCR和WesternBlot方法分别检测软骨细胞中FOXO4和Col2α的mRNA表达水平和蛋白表达水平。
