With the progress of mining areas,the local ecological environment has changed rapidly.In order to monitor those changes,the research on mining area typical ground object spectral characteristics has become one of the important parts of modern remote sensing technology.Supported by the National Key Technology R&D Program,we have collected a large amount of spectral data which have different formats,various types,and are captured over different time or under different measuring condition.How to manage and integrate these diversified data,it has become our foremost issue to be settled for the deeply data analysing and spectral feature extracting.For this reason,the paper selected the Dahuanshan coal mine as the research area which is located at the east of Urumqi,and developed a spectrum database management system for integrating these spectral data.By using GDI+,the paper developed a map control which can be used to draw and view spectrum wave lines freely.Based on this control’s extended and inheritance feature,the paper provided several classes for the map drawing of cluster analysis,Box-Whisker Plot,T-test,Principal Component Analysis,and so on.Through calculating the inner compatible accuracy and the general accuracy for the spectrum data,the system can estimate the stability of the survey equipment,analyse the distribution,and detect errors in the data.
