  病毒结构简单,其复制与侵染依赖于宿主细胞编码的组份和功能。近年来,基因组学和蛋白质组学等系统生物学的研究手段已广泛运用于人类和动物病毒学研究,系统地鉴定了为数众多与病毒侵染复制相关的宿主因子。植物病毒与寄主互作研究的主要技术障碍在于缺乏体外细胞培养系统以及高通量的筛选平台,有鉴于此,我们发展了利用酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)为模式生物研究植物正链RNA病毒(番茄丛矮病毒,TBSV)和单链DNA病毒(绿豆黄花叶双生病毒,MYMV)复制研究的实验体系。
