不分节负链RNA病毒(non-segmented negative-strand RNA viruses,NNSV)的核心蛋白(nucleoprotein,N)和磷酸蛋白(phoshpoprotein, P)的相互作用是病毒复制不可缺少的.N和P的相互作用包括N0 (N0：不结合RNA)和P的相互作用以及N-RNA和P的相互作用.然而,当前,在NNSV的N蛋白中,调节N0-p及N-R NA-P相互作用的精确位点还未被鉴定.我们以人副流感病毒3型为模式病毒,在其N蛋白中鉴定出一个关键的氨基酸(L478),它是模版功能所不可缺少的.
