  杆状病毒在其复制周期中产生两种结构和功能不同的病毒体:芽殖型病毒体(budded virus,BV)和包涵体源性病毒体(occlusion derived virus,ODV).其基因表达具有时序性,可以区分为:早期,晚期和极晚期表达.37个基因存在于所有已完成测序的杆状病毒基因组中,称为核心基因.e25(odv-e25)是其核心基因之一;晚期表达.e25的编码产物存在于BV和ODV被膜,但在病毒复制中的功能尚未明了.本文利用BAC-to-BAC系统和λ-Red同源重组技术构建了苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(Autographa californica multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus,AcMNPV) e25缺失、早表达、超量表达以及序列突变体,分析e25突变对病毒形态发生和基因表达的影响,分析了E25蛋白与宿主蛋白的相互作用.
