镉染毒暴露对大鼠血管性痴呆模型学习记忆的影响

  目的 研究重金属镉染毒对大鼠血管性痴呆模型学习记忆的影响。方法 雄性SD 大鼠80 只,随机分为空白对照组和模型对照组,模型组大鼠连续灌胃给予不同浓度的镉溶液(1,5 和25 mg·L-1),每日1 次,连续1 个月,染毒后大鼠采用双侧颈总动脉血管结扎法建立血管性痴呆模型,随后将动物随机分为4 组,分别为空白+VD 组、氯化镉低浓度+VD 组、氯化镉中浓度+VD 组和氯化镉高浓度+VD 组。
