β-胍丙酸通过激活AMPK依赖的自噬信号通路延长果蝇寿命

目的研究β-胍丙酸(GPA)能否通过激活AMPK 介导的自噬信号通路而延长果蝇寿命。方法在果蝇培养基中加入β-GPA(0,300,900 和2700 mmol·L-1)喂养,观察对果蝇寿命的影响。用Western 蛋白印迹法检测自噬相关信号分子AMPK,p-AMPK,Atg1,Atg5 和Atg8 的表达水平。
