目的研究β-胍丙酸(GPA)能否通过激活AMPK 介导的自噬信号通路而延长果蝇寿命。方法在果蝇培养基中加入β-GPA(0,300,900 和2700 mmol·L-1)喂养,观察对果蝇寿命的影响。用Western 蛋白印迹法检测自噬相关信号分子AMPK,p-AMPK,Atg1,Atg5 和Atg8 的表达水平。

新型镇痛候选新药αO-芋螺毒素GeXIVA的研究

目的神经痛是中枢或外周神经系统损伤或功能异常导致的疼痛综合征，折磨着全球10％以上的人口。我国神经痛患者至少有1 亿人，不仅严重影响患者的身心健康和生活质量，而且消耗了数以百亿美元计的医疗资源。为此，本研究的目的是从大量的芋螺毒素分子中发现能治疗神经痛的新型镇痛候选海洋药物。
