α-醇溶蛋白是小麦种子中含量最高的醇溶蛋白,同时也是引起人体乳糜泻病的主要蛋白.本实验以来源于小麦近缘种栽培一粒小麦(AA)、拟斯卑尔脱山羊草(SS)、粗山羊草(DD)材料DNA为模板,用小麦种子醇溶蛋白保守引物进行PCR扩增,共获得23个α-醇溶蛋白基因,GenBank登录号分别为:KC421073-KC421095,编码279-318个氨基酸.
