小麦赤霉病是小麦的一种真菌病害,严重威胁着小麦的产量和品质.本研究利用GeneCalling技术,在小麦赤霉病抗性品种宁7840中克隆到一个与小麦赤霉病抗性相关的基因,定名为TaRGA5.该基因ORF全长2781bp,编码929个氨基酸,含有一个NB-ARC-LRR功能域.
