原生态、池塘与温室养殖鳖肌肉营养价值比较研究

  本文分析了原生态养殖中华鳖肌肉中蛋白质、脂肪、氨基酸及脂肪酸等营养成分的含量,并与池塘和人工温室养殖鳖肌肉营养成分作对照,结果表明:与池塘养殖鳖和人工温室养殖鳖相比,原生态养殖鳖肌肉蛋白质、甘氨酸、丙氨酸和精氨酸三种鲜味氨基酸、脂肪和总胶原蛋白含量都最高;原生态养殖鳖脂肪酸组成更加均衡。总体上评价原生态养殖鳖在品质和口感上均优于池塘养殖鳖和常规人工温室养殖的中华鳖。

本试验探讨碳源的添加对罗非鱼养殖水质及生长的影响,以期为罗非鱼的低碳、健康养殖提供一定的理论参考.在室外水泥池中分组饲养新吉富罗非鱼(初重10.5±0.2g),其中对照组A投喂正常量的商品饲料,试验组中组B投喂正常量、组C为80%正常量、组D为75%正常量;同时在组B,组C,组D水体中添加饲料量30%的小麦淀粉(投料后用池水混匀泼洒).
