Two immune related genes, cysteine protease (sacp) and cysteine proteases inhibitor were cloned by EST analysis、 SMART RACE and Genome Walking techniques.Their complete sequences were confirmed by head to toe PCR.Real time PCR was used to analyze their expression patterns in different tissues and the expression time course in hepatopancreas and haemocytes after Vibrio Parahaemolyticus infection.
