　　目的 According to the new classification of lung cancer by WHO,pulmonary mucinous cystadenocarcinoma,an extremely raretumor,is suggested to be included in the category of colloid adenocarcinoma,which is a special variant of invasiveadenocarcinoma.Here we retrospectively evaluated surgically resected lung colloid adenocarcinoma with the aim to find theclinicpathological and radiological features.
