目的 To compare the degree and lobe distribution difference of air trapping on CT about young men with normal lung function inplateau and plain.方法 Fifty plateau subjects and fifty plain subjects were quantitatively assessed by using an automated voxel-based method Fact-Digital Lung(FDLTM).FDLTM was performed by analyzing the paired CT scans,and divided the total lung(TL)into three parts:functional small airway disease area(fSAD),emphysema area(Emph),and normal functional area(Normal).Parameters weremeasured in both TL and each lobe.
