The mechanism is indeterminate that obesity cause the hypertension. The effect of natriuresis that dopamine receptor mediated was defective in the obesity. So, whether the dopamine receptor dysfunction was related with humoral factors the fat secreted? We pay more attention to the adiponectin for the effect of natriuresis and considerable secretion. In our preliminary experiment found that the effect of natriuresis that adiponectin/dopamine D1 receptor mediated significantly weakened when artery was infused with adiponetin or dopamine D1 receptor blocker, suggest that there exist adiponectin/dopamine receptor interaction. In addition, our previous experiments found that there is a direct connection between the adiponectin receptors and dopamine D1 receptors. From these results, we hypothesis renal dopamine receptors and adiponectin receptors interaction is a material basis that adiponectin mediated of the adipose tissue-renal promoting natriuresis axis. The abnormal effect involved in the pathogenesis of hypertension. The study will take Zucker rats as the object to investigate the effect of adipinectin/dopamine receptor interaction and the effect of mechanism in hypertension.
