总结了新入职护士的培训模式。为使新护士尽快适应临床环境，提高综合素质，我院为新护士实施了新的培养模式：岗前集中培训四周，主要内容有思想教育，护士职业礼仪、护理核心制度、法律法规知识、护理安全、护理基础理论和技能操作、药物的使用与保管、感控知识、护士工作站微机操作等。由护理、感控、法律、药学专家现场讲解示范。上午理论授课，下午实践操作。集中培训结束后进行理论考试和技能考核，达到良好等级方可进入转科阶

总结了新入职护士的培训模式。为使新护士尽快适应临床环境，提高综合素质，我院为新护士实施了新的培养模式：岗前集中培训四周，主要内容有思想教育，护士职业礼仪、护理核心制度、法律法规知识、护理安全、护理基础理论和技能操作、药物的使用与保管、感控知识、护士工作站微机操作等。由护理、感控、法律、药学专家现场讲解示范。上午理论授课，下午实践操作。集中培训结束后进行理论考试和技能考核，达到良好等级方可进入转科阶段。转科时间为15个月，共转内、外、妇、儿、急诊5个代表性科室，每个转科新护士人手一册护理部制定的护士转科手册，在更换科室前由护士长根据考核结果，逐项认真填写。转科期间实施目标管理。新护士培训方案实施两年，成功培训160名新护士，各项考核均在良好以上等级；按照新护士自愿与科室需要相结合原则，将新护士顺利分配到各临床科室，分配满意率达到98％。新的培训模式弥补了以往护士只限于单科而不能胜任其他科室工作的缺陷状况。促进了护理人力资源的合理使用，也体现了护理管理者以人为本的管理理念。目标管理增加了新护士和带教老师的压力，变为学习的动力，取得了双赢的效果。

目的：本院成立并完善发热门诊的医院感染管理，避免引发医院内外交叉感染，确保病人就诊安全，控制禽流感等传染病传播。方法：从发热门诊的建设；医务人员的培训；工作制度、岗位职责、工作流程及消毒隔离管理等方面综述了发热门诊的管理现状。结果：完善发热门诊的建设；对全员工作人员进行院感防控知识的培训；健全制度、流程、岗位职责；严格消毒隔离管理是控制传染病传播的重要措施。结论：发热门诊的设立和加强发热门诊的医院
目的：探讨运用PDCA循环模式在病区新护士带教中的应用。方法：运用PDCA循环模式，在实施带教工作中，采用品管圈模式对于我科新入院及轮转新护士进行培训。结果避免了重复培训及遗漏培训，使得新护士尽快的成长，逐渐的掌握了丰富的临床经验，扎实的专科理论知识及专科技能，并且对危重患者的观察及护理也有了进一步的提升，而一对一的带教排班模式减少了差错事故的发生，也提高了患者的满意度。结论：PDCA循环应用于病
