新护士培训模式探讨

  总结了新入职护士的培训模式。为使新护士尽快适应临床环境,提高综合素质,我院为新护士实施了新的培养模式:岗前集中培训四周,主要内容有思想教育,护士职业礼仪、护理核心制度、法律法规知识、护理安全、护理基础理论和技能操作、药物的使用与保管、感控知识、护士工作站微机操作等。由护理、感控、法律、药学专家现场讲解示范。上午理论授课,下午实践操作。集中培训结束后进行理论考试和技能考核,达到良好等级方可进入转科阶段。转科时间为15个月,共转内、外、妇、儿、急诊5个代表性科室,每个转科新护士人手一册护理部制定的护士转科手册,在更换科室前由护士长根据考核结果,逐项认真填写。转科期间实施目标管理。新护士培训方案实施两年,成功培训160名新护士,各项考核均在良好以上等级;按照新护士自愿与科室需要相结合原则,将新护士顺利分配到各临床科室,分配满意率达到98%。新的培训模式弥补了以往护士只限于单科而不能胜任其他科室工作的缺陷状况。促进了护理人力资源的合理使用,也体现了护理管理者以人为本的管理理念。目标管理增加了新护士和带教老师的压力,变为学习的动力,取得了双赢的效果。
