“思想政治工作,是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线”。在推进深化改革、加快城镇和新型工业化的进程中,各级机关应紧密结合新的历史条件,充分发挥党的“思想政治工作”这一优势,以马列主义、毛泽东思想为指导,对党员和群众进行有组织、有计划的思想教育,培育社会主义新人,开展为社会主义事业而奋斗的社会实践活动,这对社会的发展具有重要的现实意义和长远意义。
“Ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and all other work.” In advancing the process of deepening reform and speeding up the urbanization and new-type industrialization, organs at all levels should, in close connection with the new historical conditions, give full play to the superiority of the party’s “ideological and political work” and, under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought, Party members and the masses carry out organized and planned ideological education, foster new socialist people and carry out social practice that is striving for the cause of socialism, which is of great realistic and long-term significance for the development of society.
