1998年,中国专利制度在古老而年轻的神州大地上已走过了辉煌的13年。这13年,中国专利事业走过了许多发达国家几十年甚至几百年才走完的历程,中国已跨入世界专利大国行列。 与全国专利事业形势发展相适应的是,随着广东改革开放的不断深入、科技的进步和经济的腾飞,全省人民凭借得天独厚的地缘条件和脚踏实地的奋斗精神,为专利事业写下了美丽的篇章。
In 1998, the Chinese patent system has gone through a brilliant 13 years on the ancient and young China.
