针对目前植物保护工作中大量使用化学农药,引起农产品污染、农业生态环境恶化、制约农业生产持续发展的现状,提出加快研制新型农药和农药增效剂,应用昆虫生长调节剂,开发利用有益微生物和天敌,利用基因工程培育抗病虫作物品种,更新喷药设备,研制植物病害免疫剂,提高农民文化素质等综合措施,以达到减少化学农药用量,降低农业生产成本,提高防治效果,减少污染,保护自然生态环境,发展可持续农业,实现有限资源的合理利用。
