随着对铝半成品质量要求的不断提高,深井铸造系统自动化的广泛普及,对相关结构施工的控制标准更加严格,使得油缸护筒精度控制问题越发突出。本文结合实际实施案例,首先确定了铸造井油缸护筒施工的解决方案,然后阐述了油缸护筒施工的方法及控制措施,并对施工结果进行了统计分析,对类似油缸护筒的施工提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of the quality requirements of semi-finished aluminum products, the widespread automation of deep casting systems has made the control standards for the related structural construction more stringent, making the cylinder cylinder accuracy control problems more and more prominent.
