雄性Wistar大鼠 60只,分为输精管结扎后 3月组(V—3),8月组(V—8),15月组(V—15)及其相应对照组(C—3,C—8,C—15)各10只。血清睾酮(ST),睾丸组织睾酮(TT),睾丸雌激素结合蛋白(ABP)和细胞核雄激素受体(NAR)水平检测结果是:①V—15组TT显著高于C—15组(P<0.01),其余组间比较及ST各组间比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);②ABP的平衡解离常数(Kd值),V—3组高于C—3组(P<0.05),但各组都在1.38~5.26nmol范围内,ABP水平结扎组高于相应对照组(P<0.05);③NAR的平衡解离常数各组间无明显差异(P>0.05),NAR水平对应组间无显著差异,但3个结扎组间比较V—8组最低(P<0.05)。
Sixty male Wistar rats were divided into three groups: V-3, V-8, V-15 and C-3, C- 8, C-15) each 10. The results of serum testosterone (ST), testicle testosterone (TT), testicular estrogen-binding protein (ABP) and nuclear androgen receptor (NAR) were as follows: ① TT in V-15 group was significantly higher than that in C-15 group (P <0.05). ② The equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) of ABP in V-3 group was higher than that in C-3 group (P <0.05) (P <0.05); (3) There was no significant difference in NAR equilibrium dissociation constants between groups (P> 0.05), while NAR level was higher in corresponding group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the three ligation groups (P <0.05).
