例1 故障现象:显示屏显示正常,碟片入盒后不能重放,但有重放符号显示,3s后转为NO DISC显示。分析与检修:拆开机盖并通电检查,激光头有红色光束射出,其组件可作径向搜索,激光头垂直聚焦动作正常,送入碟片后重放,碟片不能旋转。综合上述现象分析,说明系统控制电路工作基本正常,判断是主轴电机或驱动电路有问题。将万用表R×1Ω档接入主轴电机插头PCW_5两端时,主轴电机旋转,说明电机良好。
Example 1 Symptom: The display shows normal. The disc can not be played back after it is put into the cassette, but there is a replay symbol displayed. After 3s, it turns to NO DISC display. Analysis and Maintenance: Open the cover and power check, the laser head has a red beam injection, the components can be used for radial search, laser head vertical focus action, into the disc after playback, the disc can not be rotated. Comprehensive analysis of the above phenomena, indicating that the basic work of the system control circuit to determine the spindle motor or drive circuit problems. When the multimeter R × 1Ω is connected to both ends of the spindle motor connector PCW_5, the spindle motor rotates, indicating that the motor is good.
