目的:优化柔肝颗粒的成型工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验,以制粒难度、粒度分布、溶化性为指标,综合评价柔肝颗粒成型工艺。结果:最佳成型工艺条件为:浸膏粉与可溶性淀粉按8∶2混匀后,以50%乙醇为润湿剂制软材,醇的用量为浸膏粉的3%。成品颗粒流动性好,临界相对湿度约为67%。结论:为柔肝颗粒的成型工艺条件及生产环境控制提供实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the forming conditions of Rougan granules. Methods: Using Orthogonal test, granulation difficulty, particle size distribution and dissolubility were taken as indices to evaluate Rougan granule forming process. Results: The optimal molding conditions were as follows: the extract powder and the soluble starch were mixed at 8: 2, and 50% ethanol was used as the wetting agent to prepare the soft material. The amount of the alcohol was 3% of the extract powder. Finished particles fluidity, the critical relative humidity of about 67%. Conclusion: It provides experimental basis for the molding process conditions and production environment control of Rougan granules.
