目的:研究复方桐叶烧伤油对皮肤溃疡的作用。方法:切割大鼠背部皮肤造成缺损皮肤伤口,再涂粪水细菌感染3天形成皮肤溃疡模型。然后经复方桐叶烧伤油治疗14天,测定大鼠创面面积,溃疡皮肤组织病理及TGF-α、TNF-β含量。结果:经复方桐叶烧伤油治疗14天后创面明显缩小,溃疡皮肤组织中的TGF-α含量升高,TNF-β含量降低;溃疡皮肤组织中肉芽组织厚度明显降低,炎症细胞数明显减少。结论:复方桐叶烧伤油对慢性皮肤溃疡有较好的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the effect of compound Tongye burn oil on skin ulcer. Methods: Cut the skin of the back of the rats to cause the skin wounds of the defect, and then apply the bacterial infection of the water for 3 days to form the skin ulcer model. Then treated with compound Tongye burn oil for 14 days, the area of wound, the pathological changes of ulcer and the content of TGF-α and TNF-β were determined. Results: After 14 days of treatment, the wounds of Tongye burned oil were significantly reduced, the content of TGF-α in the ulcer tissue was increased and the content of TNF-β was decreased. The thickness of granulation tissue in the ulcer skin tissue was obviously decreased and the number of inflammatory cells was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Tongye burl oil has a good therapeutic effect on chronic skin ulcer.
