我厂3t/h热风冲天炉所用密筋炉胆,使用四年之后出现坏损,经检查发现炉胆烧蚀漏风全部集中在内筒下端与法兰联接的过渡圆角处。该部位烧蚀严重,未穿部分表面布满热疲劳裂纹,残余壁厚约5mm;烧穿处附近壁厚仅有2~3mm。内筒其余部位氧化腐蚀情况正常。对于这样的炉胆,我们采取如下局部更换的补救办法进行修复: 将进风带对半割开,割掉烧蚀严重的内筒下端及法兰,并局部修整内筒外径,即把需要套接部分的密筋割去露出约55mm高的内筒。
