随着生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,健康体检成为应和高质量生活的重要体现之一,因此,医院体检中心在当今社会中的地位和作用也越来越重要。体检中心医护人员所面临的除了各类患者,还需要与各科室配合。沟通成为体检中心医护人员重要的工作内容之一,但在当前的体检中心工作中,因沟通不当而产生的问题屡见不鲜。分析这些问题产生的原因,进而针对性的改进,是提高医院体检中心服务质量的关键。
With the improvement of living standards, people’s requirements for quality of life are also getting higher and higher. Physical examination becomes one of the most important manifestation of high-quality life. Therefore, the status and role of medical examination center in the society are getting more and more important. Physical examination center in addition to facing various types of patients, but also with the departments. Communication has become one of the important work contents of medical staff in the physical examination center. However, in the current medical examination center, the problems arising from improper communication are common. Analysis of the causes of these problems, and then targeted improvements is to improve the quality of medical examination center of the hospital service key.
