目的:建立HPLC法测定头孢噻肟钠中2-巯基苯并噻唑(M)残留量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,样品经萃取处理后测定。色谱柱为依利特BDS C18(4.6mm×150mm,5.0μm);流动相为p H6.25磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(60:40);检测波长为315nm,柱温为25℃。萃取剂为三氯甲烷。结果:M的质量浓度在0.5μg/ml-7.5μg/ml范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=7);平均回收率为107%(n=9)。结论:该方法快速、灵敏,结果准确可靠,可用于头孢噻肟钠中M的检测。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (M) residues in cefotaxime sodium. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography, samples were determined by extraction. The column was Eluting BDS C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5.0 μm); the mobile phase was p H6.25 phosphate buffer-methanol (60:40); the detection wavelength was 315 nm and the column temperature was 25 ° C. Extractant is chloroform. Results: The mass concentration of M had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.5μg / ml-7.5μg / ml (r = 0.9998, n = 7). The average recovery was 107% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate and reliable. It can be used for the determination of M in cefotaxime sodium.
