目的:探讨改善内耳循环药物的作用机制。方法:利用激光多普勒血流计观察丹参,ATP等药对健康豚鼠耳蜗血流量的影响。结果:ATP短时间使血压光下降,后上升。同时,耳蜗血流量发生相应变化,先减少,后增加。丹参、硝酸甘油、川芎嗪和ATP不同,血流量缓慢增加,与血压无相关性。凝血酸注射后血流量无明显变化。结论:ATP通过血压影响耳蜗血流量,注射后短时间耳蜗外侧壁有缺血现象,而丹参是直接使血流量增加,与血压无相关性。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of improving inner ear drug circulation. Methods: Laser Doppler flowmetry was used to observe the effects of Salvia, ATP and other drugs on cochlear blood flow in healthy guinea pigs. Results: ATP shortened the blood pressure light and then increased. At the same time, the corresponding changes in cochlear blood flow, first decrease, then increase. Salvia miltiorrhiza, nitroglycerin, ligustrazine and ATP, blood flow increased slowly, no correlation with blood pressure. There was no significant change in blood flow after tranexamic acid injection. CONCLUSION: ATP can affect cochlear blood flow through blood pressure. There is ischemia in the lateral wall of cochlea after ATP injection. However, Salvia miltiorrhiza directly increases blood flow and has no correlation with blood pressure.
