新钢公司是一个拥有四万六千多名职工、十多万人口的地方大型钢铁骨干企业,十里钢城形成了一个“小社会”,信访工作十分繁忙。尤其近年来,随着改革力度不断加大,各种改革措施陆续出台,压产、分流、转岗、下岗等,对企业职工的思想有不小的冲击。职工、家属个人写信、联名写信、个人上访、全家上访、集体上访等接踵而来。仅今年1至4月份,到公司上访的人数就达682人次,其中集体上访20批396人次,受理群众来信65件。上访人数之多,反映问题之广,前所未有。面对诸多信访案件,如何做好信访工作呢?
