目的:观察重复利用氦气的循环式氦-氧混合气辅助呼吸装置对哮喘患者的作用。方法:选择8例重症支气管哮喘急性发作患者,通过重复利用氦气的循环式氦-氧混合气辅助呼吸装置呼吸氦-氧混合气(79%He),观察肺功能及血气的变化。结果:氦-氧混合气可以降低气负荷,促进氧合,增大呼气流速;起效迅速,但后续效应短暂。结论:循环式氦-氧混合气辅助呼吸装置设计思路比较理想,可以节省氦气的消耗,取得了较好的临床疗效
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of helium-recycle Helium-Oxygen-Assisted breathing apparatus on asthma patients. Methods: Eight patients with severe acute asthma were selected and their helium - oxygen mixture (79% He) was inhaled by repeated helium - oxygen assisted breathing apparatus. The changes of pulmonary function and blood gas were observed. Results: The helium-oxygen mixture can reduce the gas load, promote oxygenation and increase the expiratory flow rate. The onset of action is rapid but the follow-up effect is transient. CONCLUSIONS: The design idea of a helium-oxygen hybrid assisted breathing apparatus is ideal, which can save the consumption of helium and achieve better clinical efficacy
