目的探讨辅助生殖技术子代中低出生体重儿发生的相关危险因素。方法选取2012年6月—2014年8月在郑州大学第一附属医院接受辅助生殖技术受孕分娩出的活产新生儿为研究对象,从生殖中心和产科提取所有接受辅助生殖技术治疗的病案资料,符合纳入标准的病例,用EXCEL软件建立数据库,计算机录入资料并整理数据后,采用检验及多因素Logistic回归等分析方法来探讨影响辅助生殖技术子代中低出生体重儿发生的危险因素。结果 287例符合纳入标准的辅助生殖技术子代。采用χ2检验等单因素分析,以α=0.05的检验水准共筛出7个相关影响因素进行多因素Logistic回归,在调整其它因素的影响后,胎儿数目(多胎)(OR=3.225,95%CI:1.673,6.215)、产时合并症(子痫)(OR=2.294,95%CI:1.156,4.553)、产时合并症(胎盘早剥、胎膜早破)(OR=3.845,95%CI:1.607,9.201)、分娩孕周(小于37周)(OR=11.018,95%CI:5.044,24.066)有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论多胎、产时合并子痫、产时合并胎盘早剥、胎膜早破、早产与辅助生殖技术子代低出生体质量密切相关。
Objective To explore the related risk factors of middle-low birth weight infants with assisted reproductive technology. Methods From June 2012 to August 2014, newborn infants born in the first Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University undergoing assisted reproductive technology were enrolled in this study. All cases receiving assisted reproductive technology were collected from the reproductive center and obstetrics department. In line with the inclusion criteria of the case, using EXCEL software to establish a database, computer data entry and data collection, the use of tests and multivariate Logistic regression analysis to explore the impact of assisted reproductive technology offspring of low birth weight children risk factors. Results 287 cases met the inclusion criteria of assisted reproductive technology offspring. Univariate analysis using χ2 test showed that 7 factors were screened by multivariate Logistic regression with α = 0.05. After adjusting for other factors, the number of fetuses (multiple births) (OR = 3.225, 95% CI : 1.673,6.215), complications during labor (eclampsia) (OR = 2.294, 95% CI: 1.156, 4.553), complications during labor (placental previa, premature rupture of membranes) : 1.607,9.201), gestational weeks (less than 37 weeks) (OR = 11.018, 95% CI: 5.044, 24.066) were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusions Multiple births, multiple births with eclampsia, multiple births with placental abortion, premature rupture of membranes, premature birth and assisted reproductive technology are closely related to low birth weight.
