今年以来,上海建筑防水材料厂通过学习大庆經驗,貫彻建工部油毡标准会議精神,进一步教育职工树立质量第一和高标准的思想,加强了技术管理工作,产品质量有了显著提高。上半年油毡合格率达到98.85%;350号粉面油毡浸油含量、涂面油含量、油毡抗拉强度等指标都比去年进一步提高,大大超过了部頒标准;外观质量也有很大改进。今年該厂所用瀝青品种多,性能不一,为了保証产品质量,检驗人員采取了勤化驗、細分析的方法,对进厂各种瀝青进行細致的分析試驗,找出可靠的数据,进行合理級配,証明在氧化瀝青中摻入部分多腊瀝青可以提高油毡的柔軟性,使油毡既能耐高溫,防止粘搭,又能避免在寒冬发脆。为使各工序层层把好质量关,厂部組織职工重新学习了质量标准和基础知識;在制毡車间建立了原紙克重自检制度和成品过磅

In the first half of the year, the qualified rate of linoleum reached 98.85%; No. 350 linoleum linoleum oil content, painted surface oil content, linoleum tensile strength and other indicators were further improved than last year, greatly exceeding the ministerial standard; the appearance quality was also greatly improved. This year, there are many types of asphalt used in this plant, and the performance varies. In order to ensure product quality, the inspectors took diligent tests and detailed analysis methods, conducted detailed analysis and tests on various asphalts entering the plant, and found reliable data for reasonable results. The grading shows that incorporation of part of the multi-wax asphalt in the oxidized asphalt can improve the flexibility of the linoleum, so that the linoleum can not only withstand high temperatures, prevent sticking, but also avoid brittleness in the winter. In order to ensure the quality of the various layers of the process, the factory staff re-learned the quality standards and basic knowledge; in the felting workshop, a paper weight self-check system was established and the finished product was weighed.
