作者在大量深入的调查研究基础上,分析了我校成人学历教育学生的基本情况及特点,学生素质与临床工作要求之间的差距,制定了准确的专业培养目标和规格要求,建立了科学的专业课程设置体系,确定了与培养目标和规格要求相一致的课程教学内容要求和水平标准,提出了方便学生学习和适合成人学历教育学生特点的教学方法、手段和考核方法。
Based on a large number of in-depth investigations and studies, the author analyzes the basic situation and characteristics of adult education students in our university, the gap between students’ qualities and clinical work requirements, formulates accurate professional training objectives and specifications, and establishes a scientific The system of professional courses setting determines the teaching content requirements and standards of the courses that are consistent with the training goals and specifications, and puts forward teaching methods, means and assessment methods that are convenient for students to study and suitable for the characteristics of adult degree education students.
