近年来,随着发展中国家城市人口的急剧膨胀和城市化进程的不断发展,非法使用土地和违章建筑的情况越来越多。据不完全统计,在第三世界国家,约有30%-50%的城市人口居住在非法建筑中。这使得相关国家的政府无法为这些建筑配备起码的基础性设施,如自来水、下水管道、公共交通等。美国幅员辽阔,它是如何对土地进行有效管理的呢?
In recent years, with the rapid expansion of the urban population in developing countries and the continuous urbanization process, the illegal use of land and illegal structures has been increasing.
