本研究选用10个具有不同特点的自交系,每5个自交系为一组,分别按Griffing方法4、Rawlings&Cockerham(1962 a)组配成10个单交组合、30个三交组合和15个双交组合。试用于1984和1985两年进行。采用singh &Ch-audhary(1979)模型进行三交和双交组合效应分析,单交分析按Griffing方法四模型Ⅱ进行。分析结果表明:加性、加×加、加×显及显性基因方羞是主要的遗传方差成分;不同组配方式杂交种的平均羊株产量无显著差异,其它性状表现的相对优越性有所变化,组合间总方差、遗传方差、遗传变异系数一般表现为单交>三交>双交种;同一自交系的同一性状在不同组配方式杂交种的一般效应、特殊效应及排列效应不同。不同组配方式的杂交种可能具有不同的遗传体系。
In this study, 10 inbred lines with different traits and 5 inbred lines were selected as a group. According to Griffing’s method 4, Rawlings & Cockerham (1962 a) were divided into 10 single cross combinations, 30 triple cross combinations and 15 A double cross combination. Trial in 1984 and 1985 two years. The singh & Ch-audhary (1979) model was used to analyze the effects of three crosses and double crosses, and the single crosses were performed according to Griffing’s four-model II. The results showed that additive, plus plus, plus x significant and dominant genes were the main genetic variance components; the average yield of the hybrids of different combinations did not differ significantly, and the relative superiority of other traits The results showed that the total variance, genetic variance and genetic variation coefficient among the combinations were single cross> triple cross> double cross. The general, special and permutation effects of the same traits of the same inbred lines different. Different combinations of hybrids may have different genetic systems.
