对乔纳锦等苹果品种的茎尖或侧芽进行离体培养,在基本培养基附加BA1.0mg/L(或再加IAA0.1mg/L)的培养基上培养2个月左右可分化出丛生芽。丛生芽的嫩梢和丛生芽基部切块继代于基本培养基附加BA0.5~1.0mg/L(或再加少量IAA或NAA)不同激素处理的培养基上均能生长分化。用嫩梢继代培养获得的试管苗比较粗壮,培养过程中去顶可促进腋生芽的分化和生长。诱导生根效果较好的激素处理为IBA0.5mg/L+IAA0.3mg/L。
