果树“半成品苗”,也叫“芽苗”,是指嫁接后接芽成活而尚未萌发的嫁接苗。自1985年以来,先后在虞城县张集、镇里固等乡镇,进行了苹果、梨、山楂、桃、杏、李等果树半成品苗的定植建同试验,并进行了大面积推广。实践证明,采取有效的栽培管理措施,半成品苗定植收效十分显著。其好处是:一、定植和结果时间提前:利用半成品苗建园,比用成苗提前一年,赢得了时间;加强栽培管理,幼苗的长势、长相、开花、结果等均与同期定植的成苗相同或略好。二、缓苗期短,成活率高,生长量大:由于砧木苗定植后萌芽前剪砧,苗子尚小,因
