我今年七十岁,跟果树打了五十多年的交道。解放前,咱是外国资本家的奴隶,解放后,才成了国家的主人。瞅着这新旧社会两重天,我鼓足全身的劲儿,要为社会主义建设作些贡献。合作化以来,在党的领导下,我和社员们一起搞科学实验,不断地摸索果树生长的规律,用毛主席的哲学思想指导果树管理,初步摸到了克服果树“大小年”,促进幼树早期丰产和实行合理密植的一些门道,推动了果树生产的发展。全公社现有果树三十三万棵,比解放前翻了十番,年产量由解放前的几百吨上升到一万多吨。事实说明,唯物辩证法是个宝,一旦被群众掌握,就会变成巨大的物质力量。
