有效课堂是指符合新课程理念的教学目标、符合教学规律和学生智力因素及非智力因素状况等要求的课堂教学。有效课堂要求教学行为以学生为主,注重引导学生参与课堂教学,能够启发学生创新思维和达到培养学生的能力;要求教学方法的选用符合学生的认知特点,能有助于教学重点和难点的解决;要求教学效果明显,能够让学生在有效的时间内获取尽可能多的知识和锻炼自己的能力。为了达到课堂教学的有效性,笔者根据自己多年在一线的教学实践,提出以下几点建议,求教于各位同仁。
