所谓激励,就是激发人的动机,发掘人的内在潜力,开发人的能力。激励是利用人类需要本性促进人的思想和行为发展变化的一种手段。行为科学研究表明,在通常的情况下,一个人的能力与其实际的绩效并不完全一致,还受其动机的影响。而动机的强弱是由激励决定的。因此,当一个人的能力一定时,其绩效的大小,是由激励程度决定的。服从于公式:绩效=能力×动机(激励)。从此式可知,企业管理中的一个关键问题,是如何激发职工的工作动机,有效地调动职工的积极性。本文拟从管理心理学的角度,结合管理工作中的实践,就目标导向激励,物质奖励激励和心理按摩激励问题,作一浅述。一、管理工作中的目标导向激励心理学研究表明,一个人有无明确的目标,行为的效果大不一样。目标对人的行为有引发、导向
