辽宁省卫生厅1987年组织部分统计师编写制订了《县及县以上综合医院统计工作规范》。该《规范》对医院统计基础工作规范化,对实现医院科学管理,制订医院工作计划、参与领导决策起到了重要作用。《规范》共分为七部分:1.医院统计常用指标的基本概念及有关规定;2.门诊工作统计;3.医技科室工作统计;4.住院工作统计;5.家庭病床工作统计;6.医院基本情况统计;7.医院统计分析报告备案表及说明。《规范》中制订了各类基层统计
In 1987, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Health organized some statisticians to compile and formulate the “Statistical Work Rules for Comprehensive Hospitals at County and County Levels”. The “Regulations” standardized the basic work of hospital statistics, and played an important role in realizing scientific management of hospitals, formulating hospital work plans, and participating in leadership decision-making. The “Code” is divided into seven parts: 1. The basic concepts and related regulations of commonly used indicators for hospital statistics; 2. Statistics of outpatient services; 3. Statistics of medical and technical department work; 4. Statistics of hospitalization work; 5. Statistics of work in family beds; 6 The basic statistics of the hospital; 7. The hospital statistical analysis report filing table and instructions. Various types of grass-roots statistics have been formulated in the “Code”.
