饮食文化作为一种独特的文化旅游资源,在旅游业和餐饮业中的地位日益突出,饮食文化理论体系的研究却相对滞后。文章以科学发展观为指导,在梳理历史上的饮食科学思想、体验理论、休闲理论、文化力理论、区位理论和可持续发展理论并进行总结的基础上,初步构建了饮食文化理论体系,以期指导饮食文化健康可持续发展,以更好地发挥饮食文化对旅游业和餐饮业的促进作用。
As a unique cultural tourism resource, food culture has become increasingly prominent in tourism and catering industry. However, the research on the theoretical system of food culture lags behind. Guided by the scientific concept of development, the article preliminarily builds a theoretical system of dietary culture based on the history of dietary scientific thought, experience theory, leisure theory, cultural force theory, location theory and sustainable development theory. To guide the healthy and sustainable development of food culture in order to better exert the promotion effect of food culture on tourism and catering industry.
