Zhao Xiuquan was born in 1965 in Jingdezhen. Graduated from Jingdezhen Ceramic Workers University Art Department. Senior Craft Artist, Jiangxi Craft Artist, China Arts and Crafts Association, Jiangxi Province Arts and Crafts Association, Jingdezhen City Artists Association.
