我院自1994年7月至1999年12月共收治有机磷农药中毒204例,其中合并中间综合征(IMS)24例,发生率11.8％。现将诊治情况分析如下。1 资料与方法1.1 对象:24.例中男11例,女13例;年龄18-64岁。1.2 毒物种类及数量:敌敌畏10例,乐果7例,甲拌磷2例,氧化乐果5例。1.3 症状及体征:24例入院时胆碱酯酶活力检测均<20,其中18例为0(纸片法)。均表现胆碱能危象。经应用阿托品及复能剂后意识转清,均达阿托品化。治疗过程中有3名患
In our hospital from July 1994 to December 1999 were treated 204 cases of organophosphate pesticide poisoning, including the merger of intermediate syndrome (IMS) in 24 cases, the incidence rate of 11.8%. The diagnosis and treatment are as follows now. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Object: 24. All showed cholinergic crisis. After the application of atropine and re-energy agent consciousness to clear, up to atropine. There are 3 patients in the course of treatment
