学校图书馆是学生吸取知识的源泉,是提高学生综合素质的必要条件。但目前大多数中小学校图书馆均存在图书资源陈旧、馆藏书目单一、图书管理人员专业素质低下等问题,这些问题直接导致图书馆未能有效地发挥作用。本文通过分析中小学校图书管理存在的问题及现状,提出让图书管理成为提高学生素质水平的有效途径。
School library is the source of knowledge for students, is necessary to improve the overall quality of students. However, at present, most primary and secondary school libraries have such problems as outdated library resources, single library catalogs, and low professional quality of library management personnel. These problems directly lead to the failure of libraries to effectively play their roles. By analyzing the existing problems and current situation of library management in primary and middle schools, this paper puts forward that letting library management be an effective way to improve the quality of students.
