总结了近年来有关Graves病(GD)动物模型的研究方法进展,主要有:(1)促甲状腺激素受体(TSHR)核酸免疫。(2)表达TSHR的成纤维细胞免疫和表达TSHR的M12细胞免疫。(3)表达TSHR的腺病毒免疫。(4)甲状腺刺激性抗体(TSAb)转基因动物模型。其中TSHR—腺病毒尤其是TSHR亚单位—腺病毒免疫小鼠的GD发生率高且较稳定,而TSAb转基因动物模型可进行传代是目前较有前景的方法。
The research progress of animal models of Graves’ disease (GD) in recent years are summarized. The main research progresses are as follows: (1) TSHR nucleic acid immunization. (2) TSHR-expressing fibroblast immunity and TSHR-expressing M12 cell immunity. (3) Adenovirus expressing TSHR. (4) thyroid stimulating antibody (TSAb) transgenic animal model. The TSHR-adenovirus especially TSHR subunit-adenovirus-immunized mice GD incidence is high and more stable, and TSAb transgenic animal models can be passaged is more promising method.
