由业主/领班对女性性工作者实施干预,相对于由疾控中心的专业人员和同伴教育者对女性性工作者进行干预,具有可及性高、可接受性好、成本低、可持续的优势。其中的做法值得借鉴:一是要选择在当地有影响力的业主/领班作为防艾骨干,这样会对其他场所产生较大的示范效应。二是要从在场所开展防艾工作是业主/领班应有的职责;对其生意有好处;是行善积得的好事等方面动员业主/领班,促使其主动积极地开展防艾工作,而不时仅以物质利益来调动其积极性。三是及时对其工作进行考核和激励,在考核合格后,及时兑现物质和精神的激励措施。如果本案例能够在现有场所“防艾骨干”基础上,在更多的场所发展更多的防艾骨干,并进一步形成业主防艾网络,则当地娱乐场所的艾滋病防治工作将会跃上一个新的台阶。
Interventions by women owners / foremen on female sex workers, with high accessibility, good acceptability, low cost and sustainability, relative to the intervention by female staff in CDC professionals and peer educators Advantage.
