新年伊始,住房城乡建设部、财政部公布了其制定的《建设工程质量保证金管理办法》。此举为贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于清理规范工程建设领域保证金的通知》精神,规范建设工程质量保证金管理,再次为建筑企业减负。《建设工程质量保证金管理办法》根据《中华人民共和国建筑法》《建设工程质量管理条例》《国务院办公厅关于清理规范工程建设领域保证金的通知》和《基本建设财务管理规则》等相关规定制定,共15条。
